This page explains how OVRWire handles refunds and cancellations for the current paid lane: custom graphics.
League season memberships are not being sold yet. Starter and Pro are coming soon for 2K27, so there are no active league-plan subscriptions to cancel right now.
Current Paid Product
OVRWire currently sells one-time custom creative work:
- One custom graphic - $15
- Two custom graphics - $25
- End-of-Season Pack - $15
- Custom quoted creative when scoped separately
Graphics are digital, custom-made, and built from the brief, screenshots, names, colors, stats, deadlines, and requested format provided by the buyer.
Graphics Refund Policy
Custom graphics are one-time creative work. Once design work has started, the payment is generally non-refundable because the time is being spent on a custom piece for that buyer, player, team, or league.
Refunds may be available when:
- The order is cancelled before work begins.
- OVRWire cannot complete the accepted order.
- There is a duplicate payment or billing error.
- The wrong package was charged and the issue is reported promptly.
Refunds are not normally available when:
- The buyer changes the player, team, award, concept, or direction after work starts.
- The buyer provided incorrect names, stats, screenshots, logos, colors, or copy.
- The buyer decides not to use the finished graphic.
- The requested claim cannot be verified and the buyer does not provide usable proof.
- The buyer wants a new concept instead of a reasonable revision.
Revisions
Small fixes are part of custom creative. That includes spelling corrections, minor copy cleanup, small layout adjustments, or fixing a detail that was included correctly in the original brief.
A major direction change may require a new order or custom quote. Examples include a different player, different team, different award set, different format, new source material, or a full concept change after work has started.
Source Claims
OVRWire will not invent stats, awards, rankings, records, championships, or league claims for a graphic. If a card says 40 points, MVP, champion, top scorer, or record holder, the buyer needs to provide the source.
If the source does not support the claim, OVRWire may ask for a correction, simplify the copy, or decline that claim. That is not a refund reason by itself if work has already started from the buyer's brief.
Cancellations
To cancel a graphics order, contact OVRWire as soon as possible with the order name, email, package, and reason for cancellation.
If work has not started, the order can usually be cancelled and refunded. If work has started, OVRWire may finish the accepted brief, offer a reasonable revision path, or determine whether a partial exception is appropriate.
League Plans
Starter and Pro league season memberships are not being sold yet. They are listed as 2K27 launch targets, not live subscriptions.
Because league plans are not live checkout products today:
- There is no current Starter or Pro subscription cancellation flow.
- There is no league membership renewal billing active today.
- Early access is a request and review process, not a paid self-serve membership.
When league plans open, OVRWire should publish plan-specific cancellation and renewal terms before checkout.

- Name used on the order
- Email used on the order
- Package ordered
- Date of purchase
- What needs to be fixed
- Any relevant receipt or payment reference
Do not send private payment card numbers in messages. Use the receipt reference or transaction label instead.
