Draft night

Run your draft live.

Players sign up for your draft. Captains pick from their phones while the board runs on the TV.

The Draft TV during a draft. Ghost Wolves are on the clock in round 2, pick 9, with 1:26 left. Team logos head each column of the board, the first eight picks are in, and a Just in list shows the latest three.
A captain's phone in the same draft. A red Your pick banner shows Ghost Wolves on the clock with 1:26 left, above the captain's pick list of three players, each with a Draft button.
  • A real pick clock

2 minutes a pick by default, from 30 seconds to 24 hours, or a slow draft over a few days. Snake (order flips each round), straight, or third-round reversal (round 3 repeats round 2, then flips each round). Up to 15 rounds.

  • Draft TV

A board made for the big screen: team logos, the team on the clock, every pick so far, and one big moment when the pick is in. Private leagues get a private TV link.

  • Pick lists and auto-pick

Each team can line up a pick list. Auto-pick checks it first, then ratings from last season's stats, then the commissioner's ranking for unrated players, then who joined first. It skips players the team can't take. Or choose to wait for the commissioner when time runs out.

The live draft comes with going live. Practice drafts are free, up to 2 rounds. Go live means making your league public and counting every game. Choose Draft when you start a league, or switch an existing league in Front Office before its season starts.

How results work

From one screenshot to the standings.

Your players already post box scores in Discord. OVRWire reads them there and puts the result on your league’s site.

    Post it in Discord

Players post the final box score in your league’s #box-scores channel, the way they already do. When it’s official, OVRWire adds a ✅.

    How posting works
A box score posted in a league's Discord #box-scores channel: the NBA 2K Game Stats screen, BamMily 105 and Jammerz 95 with every player's line, and OVRWire's green check reaction under it, showing the result is official.

    OVRWire makes it official

OVRWire reads the box score and checks the math: points match the shots, and the players add up to the totals. Once the poster checks it, a clean read can be final right away. If the other team asks for a review, the commissioner rules.

    How confirming works
OVRWire's message in the league's Discord #scores channel: Jammerz vs BamMily, 95 to 105, marked final, with Open game and Post a box score buttons.
The same game's page on the league's site: Jammerz 95, BamMily 105, marked final, Saturday Oct 17. Below are the line score by quarter, team stats, Dawnvict as Player of the Game with 47 points, and BamMily's box score with Dawnvict's 47-point line and the team totals adding up to 105.

The result lands in the standings, the leaders and every player’s page on your league’s site.

The league's standings with that game counted: BamMily lead at 1–0, then Jammerz 1–1, Monstarz 1–1 and Renegade 0–1, each with its logo, games behind, streak, last games and scoring.
Dawnvict's player page: BamMily, the scoring leader so far at 47.0 points a game, a season high of 47 points against Jammerz on Oct 17, and a game log whose one row is that 105–95 win with 16 of 26 shooting.

One real SCSL Season 3 game, BamMily 105 to Jammerz 95, run through OVRWire in a private test league; the other teams’ records come from that league’s other games. The Discord messages are OVRWire’s own. Prefer the website? Players can post the result on the game page instead.

Questions

Before you start

How does OVRWire check box scores?

OVRWire checks the math on every box score: each player's points match their shots, makes never beat attempts, the players add up to the TOTAL row, and the quarters add up to the final. Numbers someone typed in or changed never become final through silence: the other team confirms them, or the commissioner reviews the game. Every decision and correction goes in the league log with a reason.

Is OVRWire free?

Set up your league for free. Add teams and rosters, then invite your captains. Your league stays private. With pre-made rosters, your first 3 games count in private before you pay. In a draft league, the live draft comes with going live, so you pay before draft night. Practice drafts are free, up to 2 rounds. Going live costs $20 per league-season, tax included, with no per-team fees.

Is OVRWire safe? What can it see in my Discord?

When you sign in with Discord, OVRWire gets your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar, not your email, password, servers, friends or messages. In your server, the OVRWire bot reads new messages only in the box-score channel your league picks and in the game threads it starts, and it keeps the screenshots, not the text. It doesn't read any other channel, or anything posted before your league connected.

How do teams and players join a 2K league on OVRWire?

Every team gets its own link: players open it, sign in with Discord and enter their gamertag. A captain link claims a team, and the league link adds players to the league's available players list. Everyone must be 18 or older.

Is there an OVRWire app?

OVRWire is a website built for phones. There's nothing to download. Players can look things up in Discord with /standings, /schedule and /me.

Switching? Bring your teams and rosters with you, free.
