Switching your 2K league from another site

When your NBA 2K league moves to OVRWire, your teams and rosters come with you, free. Paste them from a spreadsheet or upload a CSV. Past seasons, standings and stats don't import yet. Switching from another site? Your first season is $15 instead of $20. Check "We're switching from another site" before it goes live. Once per league. Once the OVRWire bot is in the league's Discord server, players post the box-score screenshot in #box-scores the way they already do. Setup is free and private.

How it works

1. Start a league in 2 steps: name it, choose how teams form and set the team count, then sign in with Discord and create it.
2. Paste your teams and rosters from Google Sheets or Excel, or upload a CSV. Check the preview, and undo the import if you need to.
3. In the Front Office, send each team its link.
4. Connect your Discord server: Add OVRWire to my server, then Looks good. The plan reuses your channels and team roles and adds only what's missing.
5. Pick your league nights and game times. OVRWire makes a balanced schedule into those slots. Check it, then publish it.
6. When you're ready, go live.

How long it takes

The steps above are yours. These wait on other people:

• Your players. Every team gets its own link. Send it to the team. Players open it, sign in with Discord and enter their gamertag.
• Your server admin, if that isn't you. Not a server admin? Tap Ask a server admin and send them the link. They don't need an OVRWire account.

It's free, and it stays private until you go live. Change available settings in the Front Office. Some choices lock when the league goes live or the season starts; others lock after play begins. One $20 covers 12 weeks of regular season for NBA 2K27, from the first processed game, plus 2 extra weeks to finish games.

• Changed your mind? The commissioner can refund it in the app within 7 days. No reason needed, nobody to email.

Seasons you play on OVRWire

• Your first 3 games count in private before you pay.
• Once a season goes live, its pages are public. Completed seasons stay public as a free archive.

Limits

• Past seasons, standings and stats don't import yet. Your teams and rosters do.
• The OVRWire bot doesn't read anything posted before your league connected, so it won't pick up box scores already in your channel.
• OVRWire staff don't run your league or decide games. Your league's commissioner settles disputes and corrections, in public.
• Everyone signs in with Discord, and everyone must be 18 or older.
• Built for the NBA 2K27 5v5 box score.
• To go live, a league needs at least 2 teams. Discord is recommended. Captains can submit box scores on the web without a connected server.

Can we bring our past seasons, standings and stats?

Not yet. Your teams and rosters do. Paste them from a spreadsheet or upload a CSV.

Can we try OVRWire before we leave our current site?

Yes. Set up your league for free. Add teams and rosters, then invite your captains. Your league stays private. Your first 3 games count in private before you pay.

What do our players have to do?

1. Open your team's link and sign in with Discord.
2. Enter your gamertag exactly as it shows in 2K.
3. After each game, post the box-score screenshot in #box-scores.

Will OVRWire change our Discord server?

The plan reuses your channels and team roles and adds only what's missing. OVRWire never renames, moves, deletes or changes anything it didn't create. Remove everything OVRWire added takes out only what OVRWire made.

What do later seasons cost?

$20 per league-season, tax included. You pay exactly $20. It isn't a subscription. Nothing renews by itself. Leagues whose first season goes live by June 30, 2027, or before 250 leagues have joined, keep $20 for later seasons even if the price goes up. The lock ends after 18 months without a live season.
